Ben Chivers will be running in the Paris Marathon for Cam-mind

Ben says, “I have decided to run in the Paris Marathon this year and to raise money for Cam-mind, a local charity, who help people suffering from mental illness on the road to recovery. 1 in 4 of us will experience mental health problems at some point in our life, and as a child my Dad suffered from depression which eventually led him to take his own life, so it is a cause that is very close to my heart and helps to keep me plodding along on those grey winter training runs.”
