Cam-mind appoints Colin Clews to develop home and community services

Cam-mind has taken a major step forward in the provision of support services for people with mental health problems by appointing Colin Clews as the first full-time manager to develop its home and community services
Colin has worked as a frontline practitioner in various areas of mental health including psychiatric disorders, dementia and substance misuse, both in the UK and Australia. Most recently working as an independent contractor developing health services in a number of London boroughs including Southwark, Islington, Merton and Lewisham. Colin has lived in the city for three years but this is his first Cambridge-based role. He is very much looking forward to taking up this exciting new role here in Cambridge.

Our Chairman, Keith Evans and his family had a stall outside his house in the village raising money for Cam-mind. £1,363.95 was raised from bric-a-brac, books, tombola and selling teas/coffees. Our thanks go to all of them for all their hard work
