Cam-mind's ‘1 in 4’ football team wins anti-stigma tournament
Saturday 10 October 2009
Congratulations to our players in this annual five-a-side tournament held at Cambridge City's football ground
Cam-mind joined forces with Cambridge City FC to run what was the second ‘1 in 4 in the City’ 5-a-side Football Tournament. The event coincided with the weekend of World Mental Health Day (Saturday, 10 October) and was designed to highlight the fact that at least 1 in 4 of the population experience mental health problems at some time in their lives. The event attracted teams from John Lewis, Marshall Aerospace, NHS Cambridgeshire, Cambridge City Legends Bar, Cambridge City Supporters’ Trust, Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge United supporters and Jagex as well as Cam-mind’s own ‘1 in 4 FC’ campaign team.
