Floating Support Service

Cambridgeshire Minds Partnership
A county-wide service through local Mind organisations

Cam-mind is working in collaboration with Hunts Mind and Peterborough & Fenland Mind as the Cambridgeshire Minds Partnership to provide an effective county-wide floating support service. We support clients to maintain their independence in the community and as they continue their journey to recovery.

Together as a partnership of local MIND organistaions we have over 154 years of combined experience in supporting the individuals with mental health issues and are able to go beyond simply visiting people in their homes. We provide a variety of day services and community groups that are easy-to-access and that can play a major role in living with or overcoming periods of mental health problems.

Our Floating Support is:

  • Seven days a week
  • Flexible
  • County-wide through local organisations
  • Reliable
  • Service User led
  • Great value

In addition we pride ourselves that our Support & Recovery Teams are highly trained to provide an effective service to meet the needs of each individual. Whatever the need, whatever the timing, whatever the age, contact us to discuss how we can meet a range of needs through our floating support teams.
